What is this?
You can use Business Reply Mail (BRM) to provide a mean to your customers to respond to your direct mailer.
Two options are offered:
BRM stamp
- A card or an envelope that has on it a Business Reply stamp, which is a client number provided by LibanPost and for which the addressee will not incur any cost.
- It is recommended to explain in the brochure that the return card or envelope is prepaid to encourage a high rate of return.
Reply Envelop
- A letter-mail in the form of a card or envelop that has the appropriate essential elements approved by LibanPost.
- It is recommended to explain in the brochure that the client should put a stamp before returning the card or the envelope.

How can it be used?
When preparing the mail, you should insert the BRM or RE piece in the initial mail piece sent to the receiver.
The BRM or RE piece can be inserted in:
- Addressed mail
- Unaddressed mail
- Magazines
- Publication
What are the conditions for handling?
- BRM is available by contract only
- BRM is available to clients with P.O. Box
- BRM is available only for domestic mailings
