How parcels are handled?

Parcels can only be deposited at the post office retail counter.
A unique number is assigned to each item.
Parcels are officially considered as a registered mail. Additionally, packages can be accompanied by an acknowledgement of receipt option.

What does it include?

Parcels can include any goods taxed and not prohibited.

What are the maximum weight and dimensions?

Parcels are items that do not exceed 30kg.
Those packs cannot be more than 1 meter long and 0.5 meter wide and thick.

Can I get help for packing and wrapping?

All LibanPost post offices offer packaging material and numerous sizes of package sizes, including special types for maps and paintings.
Our sales representatives will assist you in wrapping and packaging your goods and belongings.
