- What kind of services can Libanpost provide?
Libanpost can provide a variety of postal, governmental delivery and financial services. Visit Libanpost "Services" for more information.
- I sent a letter to a destination outside of Lebanon. When can I expect it to arrive?
Sending a letter to a U.S.A. or international destination is not subject to guaranteed standard deliveries. However, the service expectation for such mailings is usually 4 to 6 business days for the U.S.A., and 4 to 7 business days for international destinations.
- I sent a letter some time ago and it still hasn't arrived at its destination. Can it be tracked?
It can only be tracked if the letter (or parcel) had a bar-coded tracking service option added to it. If the letter had no tracking service option, then unfortunately we cannot determine the exact reason why a specific letter has been delayed or has never been received.
When an item is undeliverable due to incorrect or omitted addressing information, or has insufficient postage, it is returned to the sender if the return address is specified.
- Can I track a letter or parcel without a tracking number?
No. The tracking number is required to track the item through its delivery activity.
- How do I calculate how much postage I need?
The amount of postage required is determined by the weight, size and destination of the item. You can calculate the approximate postage by using the Rates calculator.
- I received a Delivery Notice Card at my door. Now what do I do?
When no one is home to accept a registered delivery, a Delivery Notice Card will be left at the door. You are required to pick up the parcel at the local Post Office indicated on the card
- How do I use the Redirection service?
You can fill out a Change of Address Notification form at your local post office
- Where do I find out more about Mail Redirection?
Visit Libanpost "redirection of mail" for more information.
- How long does the Redirection service last?
The basic service is offered for 12 months.
