it must be brought into a post office where
a receipt is given to the sender, the item
is then recorded.
Registered mail is the only mail recognized
legally by official authorities and in court
of law, it can be only delivered to the
addressee (or a legally appointed person)
upon presentation of official identity documents.
Registered mail can be associated with an
acknowledgment of receipt.
