What is the maximum weight?
The maximum weight for this category of mail is 5000 grams.
What are the conditions for handling?
- Envelopes should be kept open
- Letters should not be personalized (example Dear Customer and not Dear name of customer)
- Letters should not be signed
- Letter mail should not be included in the same envelope of Publication; otherwise, Letter mail price shall apply
- An application form (OP001) is to be filled to ensure the authorization of the General Security
