Address Cleansing:
Cleansing of addresses is processed so as to provide a complete mailing address as per the following:

• Name and Phone number, Street name, Building name, floor number, apartment number, zone/area and Casa
• The cleansed/updated addresses are data entered and provided in soft copy format to clients, with regular updates through progress reports
• Return to sender mail where it is monitored, revisited, cleansed and mailed again free of charge until the cleansing operation is final

Mail preparation for distribution:

• Libanpost handles all processes from data entry peeling, label printing and sticking
• Following distribution, client is provided with a proof of delivery on all items sent
• Database of correspondents can be provided by the client or rented by Libanpost.

You can use Business Reply Mail to provide a mean to your customers to respond to your direct mailer, without having them to incur any cost.
Business Reply Mail is a card or envelope that has on it a Business Reply stamp, which is a customer number provided by Libanpost.
