| What is the ‘Civil
Servant COOP Procedures’ service?
This service allows all those within the
Civil Servant COOP to conduct all their
procedures through Libanpost.
What are the benefits of this service?
Libanpost will send all the relevant documents
for the procedure to the COOP or one of
its branches and will then return them after
the procedure is complete to the person
in question at a previously stipulated address.
How do you use this service?
All relevant documents are to be dropped
off at a Libanpost branch by the person
responsible for the procedure, or by any
other individual (except if applying to
reject the COOP benefit). In return they
will receive a mail coupon.
What are the benefits you can apply
for through Libanpost?
- Document request (Parents, siblings)
- List of benefit types request (admission,
benefit refusal, etc.)
- Hospitalization request (request for
financial relief on the completion of
hospitalization)
- Medical aid
- Aid in case of death (death of the
