This service allows the submission of applications
pertaining to the Real Estate formalities
at any Libanpost office.
What are the services provided by the
Real Estate administration service?
Through this service, Libanpost offices
send the real estate formalities applications
to the real estate directorate and its affiliated
departments across the Lebanon regions,
and once completed, return them back to
the addresses previously specified by the
applicants. This service includes the following
real estate formalities:
- Real Estate certificate
- Photocopy of the property system
- Photocopy of the contracts
- Certificate of the surveyed cadastre
- Cadastral map
- Division map
- Certificate or disclaimer of property
for estates located in a unique real estate
area
- Certificate or disclaimer of property
for estates located in all cadastres surveyed
in one caza
- Certificate or disclaimer of property
for estates located in all cadastres surveyed
in one Mohafaza
- Certificate or disclaimer of property
for estates located in all cadastres surveyed
in Lebanon
What are the characteristics of this
service?
- Acceptance of formalities pertaining
to all real estate formalities administration
offices in Lebanon
- Possibility for any person to submit
an application with no need for the presence
of the concerned individual
- Provision of all requested documents
including the enfolded ones and the delivery
receipts from Libanpost
- Possibility to request more than one
copy of all above mentioned formalities
